I decided to take myself off Cymbalta because I don't think I needed to be prescribed it in the first place. I was on 60mg for about 2 months. I have been off it for I don't know about 5 or 6 days so far and I think I now know what hell is like. I almost always feel nauseas, disconnected, foggy, and tired. I think if I could sleep all the time I would. I've never been like this and it is horrible. Does anyone know when I am going to be normal again? When does this go away? Until I found this site today I didn't even know it was the Cymbalta. I thought that maybe I was just getting sick.
Thanks so much for all your help and the other posts were very helpful to me. Now I understand that I'm not going crazy something is really wrong.

Sorry I dont even know what Cymbalta is... But That is the same thing that happened to me with effexor.. I had no Idea what was going to happen.. Then when it started getting bad I typed into google... Quitting Effexor cold turkey... Suddenly I learned way more than I could ever emagine.. I hope you find your answers.. It seems like there are many others listed above that have similar issues.
