I finished weening off of tegretol about 2 days ago (from 600 mg dose), and have felt very amped up/ difficulty sleeping ever since... how long should this last?

Never-mind... turns out I was having a horrible adverse reaction to the neurontin. Was up to 900 mg/ day... urgent care doc said to stop cold turkey... anyone heard different? Still feeling very amped up, it's been almost 24 hrs since last dose...
