I've been on 120mg of Cymbalta for a little over a year and I'm trying to taper myself off.The Cymbalta did work very well for me but I've been regularly meditating and feeling ready to try life on my own. I brought myself down to 90 and I was planning to reduce by 30mg every week till I'm down to 15mg and then reduce by half. So far I'm having a little irritibility, light-headedness and palpitations. Any thoughts or feedback?

I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but I might start Cymbalta and was wondering if you gained weight on it?

I gained 15 lbs. over the course of a year but I am successfully losing it while still on the Cymbalta. I found it easy to gain the weight but losing it now is going ok- a little slower then I'd like, but not terrible.
