When you say "tingly" do you mean those weird electric type zaps??

I had those coming off of Lexapro. It felt like a bolt of electricity was being shot through my brain and neck.

Do you have a fever right now? Sometimes when I have a fever, I can get that weird head feeling.

I don't know the answer. I do know that they say when you come off a med you will experience flu-like symptoms.

Did you taper too quickly? If so, it's possible to have reoccurance of withdrawal symptons from the anti-depressant--and they can come anywhere from 6 - 9 months after you've already been off.
