Wonderful. I have faith you can do it.
I never thought I could, but it's been over 4 yrs now. You can do it, too.

> i wish i didnt post this..
> i have to start over with the embarrassment of public failureI'm just about ready to do some more WFS stuff, wanna join in with me? I'm just down on myself in a general all-round way, but that internal environment is a dangerous place for me to go.
And all our days living sober *count*. It's like running long distance, and not a sprint. We all stumble, or tumble. We're all here to help you, too.

I'm with Clear Skies. Don't let one day set you back. You made it SIX days, the hardest six days there are. Start again; I've re-started when I've had to and try not to worry about all the rules about not counting and counting. Just look at today. If you did it six days once, you can do it again.
I'm really rooting for you; I know how hard it can be.

The only possible failure in this battle is giving up on yourself.
Every day you try - even when you don't make it - is a success.
You will do it. I feel it in my bones.

I've been having kind of a rough time myself, and wondered how you are doing.
And, did you have any thoughts about the WFS (Women For Sobriety) self work we've talked about before?((((jyl))))

I respect & applaud you ALL.
I am sorry you're struggling. It's beautiful to see the warm support for each other.
I don't have this problem & feel that I am SO fortunate not to, because I don't think I'd have the strength of purpose I see here.
I send you all my sincere support & caring thoughts. I check in here sometimes because my son has substance use issues.
love, Kath
