I have quit using meth, but because I did use it progressively for approx. 15 years, I now notice that it is harder to keep focused on reading material. I often have to re-read paragraphs to keep the comprehension moving forward.
I also notice that it is very difficult to type without looking at the keyboard. (I used to type fairly well, then it wasnt necessary for me to type for many years because of my occupation. Now that it is once again, I am not doing as well.)
In hindsight, it did help my mental issues at first, as far as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, but it wasn't worth the price.

Take Omega 3 fish oil and evening primrose daily without fail. Talk to a doc about nueroprotective agents such as eldepryl. Your brain needs to heal. That stuff is really really hard on our brains. Good luck.
