I read today in our local newspaper that tonight, Thanksgiving Eve, is the time when people are most likely to go overboard with drinking. Local and State police forces beef up their presence and are on the look out for DUIs and unsafe drivers.
Just thought I mention this in case anyone is planning a night of heavy duty partying before having to face our families tomorrow!!

Interesting. It was Thanksgiving day itself that was worse for me.

So true! I did all my training for pub crawling when I lived in Manchester. The pub crawl is still an Olympic event, right?
Thankfully, I passed the holiday with no fuss and no drink. The only time I felt really tempted was the entire week while my mum was visiting...
