Anyone else have a gambling problem? Whenever I drink, I like to gamble, and I never gamble, unless I'm drinking. (except for fantasy sports) I hate racing, cars, racecar drivers, and even the way they talk, yet my fantasy nascar team is currently 19th in the nation with a shot at thousands in prize money. Somehow managed not to drink for most of the season.
Baseball been berry berry bad to me. I simply can't have a fantasy team without self-destructing. I hate baseball too, but that's beside the point. Pay heed, fantasy baseball will consume you. Plan to devote 20-30 hours a week to it. You'll have to subscribe to sports news wires, vist about 30 sites per day, and know what every player had for breakfast. Even, I, "No Life", was no match for baseball.
In my immediate misery, I can play a mean game of poker when I'm half drunk. The problem is that I throw back the winnings when I'm totally drunk. I can't play sober at all.
I've drunk about 8 beers and it hasn't phased me - I'm that sick. I'm somewhere between my current hangover and tomorrow's hangover without any intervening period of happy drunkenness. Let's skip the high and go straight to the hangover is what my liver says.
When I drink, besides gambling and confessing my sins, I also tend to subscribe to "adult" sites. Nothing illegal, actually quite tame really - more artistic, modeling, featuring world-renowed photographers. I don't need much since I have no life.
Sometimes I tape snippets off the TV for freeze-framing later. I'm a sad case.
