I'VE SMOKED ABOUT A GRAM OF METH EVERY OTHER DAY FOR ABOUT A YEAR...SINCE I'VE ALMOST HIT ROCK BOTTOM IN EVERY WAY, I'VE JUST QUIT ON MY OWN COLD TURKEY. WOW! I'VE SLEPT FOR 4 DAYS STRAIGHT, VERY WEAK AND LETHARGIC, WORRIED ABOUT THE SUICIDAL IDEATIONS COMING ON...IT'S ONLY BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE I'VE QUIT...SHOULLD I START USING WELLBUTRIN NOW? OR NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS THAT MAY INCREASE DOPAMINE IN MY BRAIN...PROBLEM IS I THINK I'VE BEEN DYSPHORIC FOR YRS AND HAVE REMAINED FUNCTIONAL SO NEVER SOUGHT TX. THEN MET "TINA" AND ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE. SINCE I HAVE MANY SYMPTOMS OF LOW SEROTONIN LEVELS, (WHICH PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN TX'D YRS AGO) SHOULD I SEEK ASSISTANCE IN FINDING AN SSRI, OR CLASS OF DRUG THAT WILL BOOST SEROTONIN AND NE LEVELS IN MY BRAIN??
HELP HELP HELP......!

I feel you man, when I came off drugs it was extremely rough. Stupid me tho, I waited 3 years to find help, I guess I thought that I would get better on my own. Your head is definetly in the right place. Find a doctor that has experience in your area. Getting on a med right away should help you get through this and also help keep you sober. Pharmacologically speaking, Wellbutrin seems as though it would help since you were a meth user, the two have similar actions. However, the Well. is not toxic. Good Luck, it does get better. I promise.
