> I'm stumped...They simply have different, though similiar, chemical structures and thus different binding affinity and potency. Hydrocodone is a stronger opioid than codeine.

Well, "handle with care" (recalling your previous threads about Vicodin). If you "like" one you will probably like the others in a similar way.
