so there should be enough for maaori to be eligible for a free one at 55 (various other groups are at age 55 because they are 'high risk' of complications) and others at age 60 or 65 (i forget).
but what he likely failed to mention is that after paying for the purchase (and writing into the purchase agreement who was going to prioritised for them because that would likely have factored into the price negotiations of trying to make healthcare affordable to people who aren't in the position to pay)

we swapped a batch or two or something like that.
we likely received saline. because if we aren't withholding medical care from people who need it then we are failing at life. clearly.
