there are the people who the government gives soooooooo much money to that they can afford to have (including their own 'family home') an apartment in the central city. to, you know, keep a prostitute, or 2, or a 'student'.
let's be clear about reasons for the distribution of wealth.
just how much money you gonna have to pay people to do anything anything anything john key (puller of ponytails) says, outside a nightclub on a friday night.
let's be clear on why so many are kept in starvation.

so it can keep 'health information' like who is non-compliant and who has been consented for euthanasia in a manner or way in which USA and international authorities can say they cannot access.

but, of course, that's not very plausible, at all.
since nz doesn't have the capacity to have a satellite... or get an engineer to sign off on completion of a motorway project...
i mean... you can't graduate someone until they comply with the government directive. to sign off on that which is not fit for purpose etc etc.
only give the engineering qualifications to the people who will only sign off on what the council says, when the council says, because the council says.
you gotta pay that guy quite a lot... i mean, they won't last very long in teh job before they are kicked out of the profession -- right? professional standards will be upheld -- right?
like why we paid Kathy or cathy or whatever her name was around 1/2 a million per year ot work for the southern district health board ensuring those ketamine rape parties kept rolling along (and all and only the doctors who wanted to participate in the recruitment of teenagers need apply)...
because she was supposed to 'whistleblow' which would have been career-ending for her as a manager...
and now, like, more than a decade later she's still there and all her cronies are on as much as she was.
i suppose it would just be kinder to euthanise the kids once you are done molesting them. right?
that's the general idea?

you could pop 'em in the food. the hospital and the prison food. in the parts that are not open to the general public so that the general public don't catch wind of it (literally).
when you get tired of feeding them kuru rabbits brains, of course. blended rabbit liver crammed full of every virus you could throw at it...
that seems or sounds like an appropriate way to treat the people of new zealand. no? the destination island for the world's offenders?
