see, there's freedom to, and there's freedom from. the government has freedom to do whatever it wants whenever it wants with impunity. or, the government has freedom from accountability and sanctions.
do you see how freedom works?
the government gets to be free because the government is not a minority. it is not only one person. collectivism means that the government is bigger than you in control of an army. so the government is free and you do what the government tells you to do.

would you like to hear about the duties and responsibilities the people have to uphold the freedoms of the government?
otherwise they are asking to die! die! die! at the hands of the state.
it's not terribly hard to see the kinds of things you need to say to get credited for research, employed to research etc etc.
