alot of people it's tv, watching shows, mine is logging into facebook checking all that, and listening to music, i tend to lay back and just listen to music and go into a fantasy world i want my life to become.....music is really good therapy for me because it brings new emotions from the beat of the music, scroll through babble and repond to posts i can relate or help someone with a question
i used to come home and play playstation 3, but now even in my down time if i play one of my scary games on my computer like alien:isolation, it's scary and that's what it makes it fun but ill run out of energy of drive to keep doing it, its just like .... i don't want to do this anymore......and usally go to pintrest and collect art pictures, i like ideas creating fantasy worlds through pictures and music
but really what makes you in a content mood, tv? babble? music?

hmm.
i have developed a fondness for watching other people play computer games.
depending on who the person is, of course.
i get about as much enjoyment out of it as i do playing the game myself. more enjoyment if they are better at the game than me, even.
i also watch tv series... Currently Bones. Not sure how I missed that one. Previously... Doc Martin. Game of Thrones. Orange is the New Black...
i like to read. I'm reading Frankenstein at the moment... I have a bit of an obsession with dystopia...
i like to go to seminars. I have been enjoying going to a lot of different seminars this semester. From different departments. Interesting. Different methodology and so on...
i have just (this very day) discovered a whole weightlifting gym with an eleiko women's barbell etc... really very excited about that... they are currently redoing all the platforms etc... just... amazed...
i have been cultivating an interest in ion channels and various membrane proteins. it is... good for me... an acquired taste... one can hope...
yep.
star trek? maybe... I watched a couple episodes last night... maybe i'll become a trekkie... after bones...

lol yea sometimes i watch video's on playing video games on youtube.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XzGnt3nzVw
it's like i don't even have to play the game, because ually on complicated games i don't get anywhere in the levels, so i just watch other people on youtube go through out the game, it's kinda like watching a movie
i like creepy shows, but after a period of time i usally turn off shows about malevolent spirits.....but i do like watching alot of reality shows
i love once upon a time, and the weather channel, alien conspiriacy files, and urban legend shows.....
i havent been to the gym much, but i'm trying to integrate intense excerise to get into shape ... the gym is a good thing but i view it as a chore, rather than something i enjoy.....there always is that runner's high from running and the body releases endorphins that give a temporary euphoria
i am not a book person, only time i read is for class and on internet, i usally force myself for at least 2 hours and after that it get's annoying to keep on doing it
but i like to change.....like if i had a bad day, or a bad expierence, write it down in a journal and make a change goal ....
margertitas with extra tequila are my quench when im stressed out
