Hey sweetie, there you are! I'm glad to hear you're doing well. I'm ok, pretty well for me...still on Lexapro...can't imagine budging off it with my history...I'm glad it's working. 3.25 mg is excellent...I admire your determination.
We were in Kauai in May. Trade winds again. I hope to live there some day. Right now it would not be the best place to raise my kid. May I ask how your boy is doing? And what are you up to? Beckett xo

HI! So you got to the Trade winds again?! I hope you can live there one day. I too long to live elsewhere someday...near salt water. My son is home until Friday. He will return to college for summer session courses. He will graduate 12/15 and is thinking of graduate school in Europe! Ive encouraged him, altho would miss him terribly. And you have a son as well? How is he and how is your life going, my friend? : )

Wow, gadchik, your son sounds very focused. How long has he been at school. Seems like only a couple of years back he started.... What is his major, and what for graduate school? My goodness you must feel so proud! Well, on the plus side, you can visit him in Europe.
My son is doing well, happy and sad to end the school year...he likes his school. He's reading at grade level now (5th)...idk if I mentioned his dyslexia. He has thought waaaay beyond grade level all his life...so the thought that he's able to read well is, well, I feel so happy. Plus his math teacher told us he has a mind for physics...so we can provide opportunity. Physics, haha, what do I know? I bought him any Lego set he wanted as congratulations, and he bought a huge Starwars Star Destroyer. Does your boy like starwars?
Umm, let's see... We just put in two bee hives...I love love love bees. Reading lots on my kindle...I can't believe I've largely let go of paper books. I'm also writing again...and for that I use real books I can mark up.
Are you reading anything these days? You might like The Sixth Extinction by Elizabeth Kolbert. She has a lovely style, very clear for the layman...natural science....
So glad you found me...I lurk every so often :)

Hellooo, hellooo, yes I just popped in today! I do read, every day. I always have a book or 2 by my bed and my chair. I will see if the book you suggested is at my library. I am lately into memoirs about crazy mothers! I just find them so interesting...and I believe my son could write one about me eventually, ha!
Yes, my son is so very focused, Sports Psychology/Kinesiology for undergrad and the grad studies will depend on where he goes. He is also very into Powerlifting and nutrition...I never would've guessed he'd have these interests.
So, your son has begun another school year? Does he enjoy school? I had to homeschool mine in middle school and part of high school.
The bees sound lovely! Ive always wanted to have a hive or 2.
My hubby and I are now focusing on what we want our life to be...looking at beach towns and tons of houses/condos. It gets exhausting and I almost want to just stay in our little town and our family house. Good to talk with you! : )

Seaside? Wow, I send my best thoughts towards getting your wish.... You and the ocean :)
Your son sounds like he's doing well, and I hope you are, too. And I hope you stay well! I wanted to say a sort of farewell, since I don't think I ever did. I loved conversing with you! One of my best babble memories :) Be well and warm wishes and hugs :-)

HI, Ive not heard that one. Will check it out. "Head Full of Dreams" is a new one out, tho I haven't found a song on it that speaks to me.
I'm at 1.5mg Valium tapering, tapering...it's taken so very long!
How are you doing? : )
