Immodium AD, or whatever it's called in your country. Here, it's sold over the counter. Ask your pharmacist. Have taken it when very sick with intestinal infection and it works for that.

Rehydration. Powerade or gatorade or whatever. Or a little bit of sugar and some salt in some water.
At least, that's what they do for cholera (roughly). And wait for a couple days while the infected intestinal lining is turned over.

Commercial drinks might be better because they have potassium, too. Not sure.

I think if you don't die of dehydration before your intestinal lining turns over (a few days) then you should be okay.

its not that bad. I took electrolytes and this medication.
Since i shitted myself yesterday i didnt have any stool.
