Going to the gym every other day and also the golf course every other day.
I dont know how i got my motivation back but i did.
Its becoming easier every time!

I do compound movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, barbell rowing...

It's really good to hear that you're doing the exercises that you're doing, Lamdage. Hopefully the exercises will keep you feeling fit and strong, despite the fact that the antipsychotics that you're taking might be having some unwanted effects on your weight and overall fitness. I wish you luck with keeping up with your exercise goals.

glad to hear that!! i like golf sometimes, but im doing the gym trying to do cardio, and get myself back to what i was years ago

I am wondering if the Metformin is a very strong antiandrogen.
Might it hinder my progress?
Well being fat isnt an option either, so either way i will continue it.
Thanks guys for your posts. I do my cardio on the golf course. Walking 7 miles per round isnt nothing.
