What are you doing for Halloween, the night when little children and some adults must dress up in costume to ward off the spirits that are unleashed on this day?

I live in an apartment building, so no trick-or-treaters. But I work at a college and a lot of students were walking around in costumes today. Very fun.
When my daughter was young, I turned our apartment into a haunted house and invited all her classmates over. It was soooo fun. I loved buying all those stupid creepy things - plastic spiders and spooky ghosts that made noise. I used to go trick-or-treating with her and dress up as a witch, painted my face green, blackened a few of my teeth. I would carry a bucket of candy and give it out to the other children on the streets.
