You are right. My therapist makes me think; question my thinking, and suggests other ways to look at situations. We vary the frequency of our appointments according to how well I am handling life's current challenges. In times of crisis, she has asked that I check in with her daily so I don't dip too dangerously low.
She is also very intuitive and can read a person without them opening their mouth. It has made me more conscious about how I "present" myself to others. I try to be as honest as I can.
Yeah, I'd say this T is not the best choice for you.
