daily activities planning

Posted by rjlockhart37 on July 8, 2014, at 0:40:36

i've had enough with thinking about something and it disappears and i forget why im in a room, so this is an idea i've thought about, posting everything that want's to be done, go to the store, jog, make a plan for the day, and post it, i think about doing things and it slips right out of my mind and i end up doing unproductive stuff.....exactly what happens when i study.....i force myself to read for about 1-2 hours, get a nudge to go to facebook and look at the notifcations, start listening to music, and start enjoying everything exept studying.....which i should be doing, bad self discipline....

mmmmmm i don't wanna have a sky high idea about this that is gonna crash and burn by a week from now.....stay with a plan

but i do plan on using these postings to tell people of my life.....but i have to edit many things, i posted stuff that was bullcrap attnetion seeking, if i could transfer my life video recording to babble....rewrite the posts to accurate terms

but this does sound like a good idea for who ever reads this on babble.....goals....and no longer dwell in pessimistic procrastination, not for you or me

Hi RJ,

Do you have a smart phone? I know there are apps which will let you set up a schedule of reminders to do things. I don't have a smart phone but my old cell phone lets me set a bunch of different alarms and I can give each one a name of a couple of words. I often set it the night before with things like "call so and so" at ten, or "go to library" at four. Of course I could do the same thing with paper and pen and I've found that helpful too but having that phone beep at me makes it harder for me to ignore.

yea im not really a phone guy, everyone uses their phone i don't really get into it, i should because it makes life easier with maps, and looking up stuff quick

maybe i could do that, also post my goals for the day yet i gotta get out of procrastination and that term that's used "maybe i will do it some day" must go.....because usally when i say maybe it's a no....

i like to post here....it's like a vent to whats going on....but also instead of venting, find a solution to a miserable situation could be done

thanks jane

but thanks for the suggestion, the better thing thats really maintream right now is the Ipad, and other tablets ... there a portable laptop that can be open at anytime.....technology has really made things better since 20 years ago....google, ebay, smart phones, im glad i live in this decade, if i lived in a simmilar situation pre 1990 there would be no way to directly research things, medical, my main intrests on google at night, use of computers back then was mainly saving data, and bearly getting modernized when Windows came out....and this decade is changing for the better.....defeintly take advantage of the open doors to expand faster than previous years
