I don't know where it's coming from.
I am by myself most of the time. It sucks.
I don't have enough to do. I don't have enough responsibility. I guess that's it. support is welcomed.

Hi. I'm feeling better. I took a bath, and surfed the web, I read some of my book, and wrote. And my friend texted me. :)
I'm not sure if I should be worried. I'll bring it up to my doctor / therapist.

Sorry - my net connection is down and it sucks to type from my phone. Sorry you were having a flat day. I wonder if it might have been boredom? I get that sometimes. You said something about maybe having found a gym? Anyway... sending warm vibes...

Hey Alex, thanks. I'm touched you wrote me from your phone that sucks to type on. Yeah, I'm probably going to the gym tomorrow. My therapist said the same thing about boredom.

Sorry that your feeling bad and there's nothing badder than that.
I stumbled across a word that i haven't thought of in years, introvert. there are online test's to see what you are. you may be well aware of that already.
I felt depressed because i know i should go out more because my friends told me to. "meet new friends." you will be fueling your depression at home." But depression fuels depression. I love going out occasionally but i leave early. I worked for decades and when i got home i was too wasted because of dealing with people all day. so, i needed time to remember what i've always been.
introverts don't think that way. we do get out and love talking to extroverts, but not long. We can give a speech to a thousand people but are bored to death with the one on one chit-chat afterwords.
that's what i have been thinking about lately. i feel freedom. I love to write like no real job i had before. SSDI has saved a big part of my life.

A bath is almost always good as is a supportive therapist. May I ask what book you are reading? I have two audio books going. "The Perfect Storm" and "Every Man Dies Alone". Just finished "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" Trilogy. I felt bereft when they were over. A wonderful fantasy trilogy is "His Dark Materials" known in the US as the "Amber Spyglass". Do not confuse it with the rather shallow Hollywood adaptation.
Hope you continue to feel better.

I'd just like to plug the double double quotes feature at this site:

The first time anyone refers to a book, a movie, or music without using this option, I post this to try to make sure he or she is at least aware of it.
