take care of yourself. i look forward to your return.
i've been thinking about your version of lasagne... we don't really have proper corn products in australasia. tacos... nachos... stuff like that...
the lasagne turned out very well, i thought. but it was very, very rich. i had an italian friend who used to make stuff with cottage cheese... i didn't realize you could bake with it / grill it. she used to mix it with other cheeses... baking it... altered it's texture... got rid of the curds... would never have guessed there was cottage cheese in it...
anyway... i'm going to make lasagne again, because i'm like that with food. i got cottage cheese instead of ricotta. will mix it into a white sauce with a little tasty cheddar. will see what happens.
6 layers of pasta this time... i have this thing about getting the layers all neat when you cut it the next day... like a layered sponge...
i didn't get it perfect last time... this time... this time, we'll see. half the battle is cutting the pasta to fit the oval shaped cooker...

Not really. But I won't censor myself and be unheard. is that smart? Not always. We shall see.

you have your women's group - yeah? where you can go and be surrounded by people whom you feel are just like you. and you can invest in a therapist who listens to you... hopefully who helps you feel a bit... heard. or something. those are good things.

>You know, Alexandra, I used to love to post. I posted a lot. It's not that I need attention. Where did you read that?
The Psychology board long ago turned into a wasteland, bereft of new posters. I didn't feel at all comfortable sharing there.
Can I say I feel that many presumptions are being made? And you are making me feel weird about why you think I am here? I am not you. I like having an outlet for my thoughts. Can this not be reason enough?
Sh*t, why am I trying to justify myself?
