being bipolar and the price you pay

Posted by Phil on January 25, 2014, at 18:45:37

jesse jackson jr is bipolar he bought very expensive stuff including something that michael jackson owned. I guess he used campaign funds to buy it. when he stood before the judge he was asked how do you plead? he said i'm guilty your honor.

i have chased away a friend of 33 years. were those emails driven by bipolar? I think it played a large part. did i tell him yes it's kind of me but honestly it was the disorder. i wasn't going to insult his intelligence.

i don't do this kind of thing often but it's happened before. not to the extent of this friendship. i screwed up and if i look in the mirror i can see the guy responsible.

i let him down, but i let me down too. I made a rule several months ago to write the email but don't send it till the next day. maybe i'll learn.

That's smart to wait to send an email. I recently watched an excellent documentary about Bipolar called "Of Two Minds". I got it from our library, very good.

i have great ideas, just don't do any of them. i can think of a few things he has said recently that pissed me off and if i start dwelling on it..well, we know where that goes.

i'll check out the documentary. thanks!

Can you apologize and ask his forgiveness? Someone once told me that, when they write an email, they don't out a name in the To section.

I need to let it rest and i'm pretty sure he'll be back. if i contact him now it will get worse. he knows that i've never done something like this for 30 years. i need to find out why this is happening.
