Hey Rj! Our tree is up. I bought a new one this yr. Its a cool tall narrow tree with lights already attached. It looks as if it has bits of snow on it. Would love to have a live tree, but not with pets in the house. My son thinks the tree looks weird, he likes the traditional ones. But he only comes home from college so Im here to impress me! And I like it! My new kitten has batted at a couple of ornaments, but she hasnt attempted to climb it, so we're good. Merry Christmas to you!

i bought a "tree in a bag" from Whole foods...it's a ~1foot high potted evergreen and came with a tiny strand of lights and some little ornaments :)
