i am so sorry i have plugged up the news feeds here....but know now that people are reading my messages, ill get questions asking are you ok rj....there reading on this website, so i have got to end all this useless information i ramble on....
but all i ask, help me to start just keep it short, cut, clean, no rambling, or over emotion stuff...people i know read this stuff here, i've got to cut out all the bull.....i talk too much
