self improvement starting for me and you

i've been obsessed at staring at people i used to know on facebook, looking at what i don't have and how far behind its been, having dreams im still in high school, so i've had it with this state of life i've been in....

to start....he stuff that prevents life from getting anywhere....its taking alot of energy to write this....depression is present and prevents me to expand, lose intrest, actually have no intrest at all exept to lay in the bed hoping the energy will come to get up and be productive.... and be gloomy....

when depression comes, or gets over you....be aware its there but think of it as quick sand...you sink and anytime you try to get out of it....it pulls you down more....so getting a board or someone else to help you get out of it....that's a goal....the motivation to do it has to be there....and personally i have no motivation...hoping ill drift out of it....so that's a bad way of thinking.....get spark of dopamine, drive, excitement going......if the depression is bad for you, if you have to lay in the bed when its bad, what you can do is visulize of getting up and having motivation to get out there....silly way of thinking, but the mind is good at suggestions, and when you visulize and believe something to the subcouncious...it at will do it. It's not a magic thing, there's no thing that says it will work, but its somewhere to start to teaching the mind to get out of states of hopelessness. Medication, antidepressants are good to give energy to get out of it but in a state where its still hard, like me....you have to do something....i get in really bad moods when i know i have to get things done....but changing the thinking belief mode will help....
