I walked for an hour and a half, Sunday morning. I went to a neighborhood along the river, with huge,mature trees all over. The sun streamed through the trees, and the river sparkled. The quiet was amazing,just birds singing. The calm that came over me was better than any pill or drink. It's something that can't be bottled,the ocean has same effect on me.

I got to spend a week at Surfside Beach,SC in Sept.,and I was up every morning, walking the beach,and then swimming in the sea. After that,I would swim in the pool, then lay under a palm tree and stare up at the sky through the leaves as they swayed in the breeze. Ahhh, pure happiness!!

Me too but I so often forget. Perhaps because there are times when even that doesn't work. But if I forget to try it I lose out on all the times when it is indeed a cure.

Im glad you were able to get out and have a nice time. Yes,Ive had times when nature does not work. And that is the worst, thats when I go to my pdoc. And thats why I continue to take klonopin. But, for the first 44 yrs of my life,nature did work for me.

I dont know if we'll get to go anytime soon. Things have gotten very busy,other projects. But when we're older,maybe after son graduates college,we plan to stay at the beach a month or 2 every winter.

we still may go, but not 2 months, it would have to be broken up,however, our business would see no profit from this job,only our souls!
