Greek myths are better than the DSM. More realistic and pessimistic.
"The Marriage of Cadmus and Harmony" was excellent. I didn't really get it but anyway.......
Really, I'm flat out composing a sentence.
Better that you compose random posts.
That's what my daughter says....'he was just some random guy'.

Terribly sorry. I was busy breaking down over on meds board (where you found me).
Now, Phillipa, that was action. I was harrassed and threatened!
I overheard someone say the other day in conversation, "It's true. She actually apologized that her shouting woke me
up."This was just some random guy.
O.K. Lady SleepyGirl. What's up? I'm here to talk :-)

Well, right now I just cold called two shrinks. My stomach hurts.
My son is in his educational therapy class. Picture me walking back from the hallway where I took a call, sitting in a cheerful, bustling office and acting like I'm o.k. :-(

Now I'm going to climb the stairs at least ten times. I think that's best.
I'll be better by the time you read this.

Yes, for now. The panic is a little wave-like :( but I did the stairs. Only 5 times, which was sobering testament to my deconditioning.

Sorry about threatening you, it wasn't terribly subtle ;-), but I was hoping to make an impact.
Oh geez fb, so much is going on. I just got off the phone with my formerly estranged father. I started communication with him again because he's got stage 4 cancer. He's doing quite well. What a pandora's box though, the being in contact with him.
He smokes pot and plays his navajo drum every evening.
He's a bit "out there", but not because of that.

I stopped going to the gym. I can't imagine that I ever had the energy for it.

If I look outside myself, I spend a little less time focused on me, and that's a good thing. A little more self care on my part though would be better.
take it easy fb :-)
