Given' Up on Women.Going to study Autism and ASD's

Posted by Jay_Bravest_Face on August 1, 2009, at 0:34:16

I've just had it...so completely SICKKKKKK and tired of women who don't know what they want, or profess to want one thing then actually another. And they say guys are bad...bull&^%$. They get joy out of making a man wait on his call then turn him away again and again and again. They claim they don't like "baggage" and "clingy" people...well if you lived life you have the first and have been the second at some point. Nobody raised themselves.

So, I am going to put my focus again where I really like, and that is get this post-grad diploma in Autism and Behavioural Sciences. I already have Psych and all that, this is really geared to high intensity training in Autism Spectrum Disorders, crunching data in evaluation, IBI's, IPP's, CIS and the ton of other tools of the trade. The idea is training to become an Instructor Therapist. It's only about a year, and my job is paying for a big part of it. Plus it's good paying work. I've worked with developmentally handicapped, including some Autistic, folks for almost 20 years now. Now I will get a nice 9-5 job, outside of group homes, and paid well.As I cruise into the second and final ACT of my life...It's my Happy 4-0...:) (Well, technically not until December but...)

Yippee. My new book: "Life After Women : Now the Fun Begins"..lol. Sorry..not pickin' on you nice gals. And yes there is one woman who will never leave my heart...sooo..

Jay

Yeah, quite right.

I mean people (in the most general sense with no aspersions cast on anyone present or not) suck (why do I even say this?) so, as you said, you might as well be paid doing something really interesting.

Also, Aspergers type people offer quite a different perspective on how to handle reality,

I went to dinner with a lady years ago. After we got our food, wetalked for a minute, then she said, would you like me to bless your broccoli for you? : O

I'm thinking, I know I'm in Austin but how the hell do I FIND THESE WOMEN???

So...I said uh,uh,ok. She put both hands over my friggin broccoli, closed her eyes and held the pose for several seconds.

The words came to mind...would you like me to bless your vagina? I'm crazy enough to say it.

I'm sure the women of the board have just as many stories to tell about male dates. Bad behavior isn't limited to either sex.

Giving up on dating seems far more feasible than giving up on women. Since women will undoubtedly be found in your school and in your client population.

I think everyone of both sexes could identify with wanting to give up on dating. I could count on two hands the number of guys I dated, and have fingers left over. And I think only three of them were guys I didn't already know well as friends.

Yet even I have two funny dating stories. The third guy was the best friend of my best male friend, and he was terrific.

Of course, I suppose they might say they have a funny dating story about the strange girl they dated! :) Not that I behaved *badly* of course. At least not on purpose. But I had my issues.

Hi Jay,

And meanwhile, maybe you can find something that interests you to fill in any spare time you want to fill in & get involved in that & who knows what might end up happening.

Best of luck Jay.
