It's been a few months since I quit the YMCA and I am totally out of shape again. I just slow jogged, and it was really slow too. I did about half a kilometre before I had to walk, then I started blacking out! I had to sit down on the path like an idiot.
I drank some water and sat down for about 10 minutes before I felt OK to walk home again. I am soooo out of shape! This sucks.

I felt pretty bad so I thought I should call them just to make sure I am OK. So we figured out it was probably dehydration, but we're not sure since my mouth isn't dry.
Anyways, I'm supposed to see my doctor. I think I'll do that tomorrow.
Anyways, I'm going to drink some water and go jogging again to see if it happens again. This time I will really push myself to see if I actually faint.

I couldn't push myself as hard as I had wanted to because I started getting nauseous, and out of breath, but I did not start losing my vision. So, it was mild dehydration. Next time I'll make sure to drink plenty of water before I go jogging.
I am so out of shape. LOL I will need to jog more often.

Why not start with walk a bit jog a bit and gradually increase? Phillipa

Good suggestion Phillipa.
I asked my pdoc about this, hoping she would know a bit about it since she is a doctor. Anyways, she agrees with you Phillipa, just start with walking and gradually increase. I just did too much too fast.
I am going walking today. I feel better after going outside. I've be been inside sleeping a lot since I got laid off.
Pdoc says I should look for a temporary job. She says the experience of job searching and interviews is good.

Deneb, check this out. I havent done it myself, but I've heard it works pretty well to get into shape for running and exercise...
