How many oz was it before?

Our juices now are smaller too. They used to come in glass bottles that were 500 ml, now they are only 4 hundred something and in plastic bottles.

Yup. It's everywhere. I'd rather they raise the prices.

It's especially annoying in dog food. The dogs still eat as much, so I have to go to the store more often. That may be their plan, but it's a lousy one that makes me resent them.

Price of cans of dog food up from 1.29 a can to 1.69 a can. As for human food think they want us eating less for health. Love Phillipa

Yeah - I hate how they do that! It feels like an insult to my intelligence!!! Like they're trying to trick consumers. (Well, I guess they ARE trying to trick us!!!)

Yeah, there are a lot of tricks out there; the smaller size tactic caught on pretty quickly. I think Dannon yogurt started it a few years ago - from 8 oz to 6 oz, or something like that.

With laundry detergent - they are now all "3x concentrated", but they make the cap so big so you use the same amount.. - the cap is like 1/4 the size of the entire bottle lol

And one of the grocery stores I shop at raises the price really high, then they offer it 'on sale' with a lower price and a bright sale label next to it..meanwhile, the 'sale price' is lower than the original price in another store.

I buy a lot more generic brands now and they don't seem to do all that crap.

really? I hadn't picked up on that yet. I guess Im one of the fooled hehe. But I do think its a great idea but they should be accomodating prices!!
