I`m sorry folks don`t get upset
It`s time to leave,
I`m so so upset.
My mind is screwed from Ali`s death
I feel I have to leave now for the best.

Why do you think leaving is the best thing to do?
Do you find Babble makes it worse for you? If it does that would be a good reason to leave. However, if Babble helps you even just a little bit, please stay.

I hope you're getting support, such as counselling or attending a 'grief' group or bereavement group or something like that.
Sometimes the hospital can put one in touch with something like that.
