Every day I think of you.
I had anxiety breaking through Xa*ax 2mg t.i.d., so day before yest, switched to Vali*m, but dose 10mg t.i.d.
I questioned pharmacist re: titration (none) but was told all work on same area. Still wonder as on X dose year and half.
Just messaged pdoc, so anxious going to start sucking thumb pretty soon.
Telling u all this to explain my absence.
Back in bed ... :(. It's safe there.
Tk goodness for taurine.
Hope to hear from pdoc.
This is going on three mos.
To add to all this, tomorrow anniversary of father's passing.
Anyway ... wish u all well and will touch base again.
Don't expect anyone to respond, as I may be unable to respond to u, but will *try* check in couple days.
all ways, 5f

Oh the anniversary date is a trigger and the other news you had. Hence the higher anxiety. Phillipa

I would suspect Social was OK because you were explaining your absence! (which I, for one, appreciate).
What does taurine do? Is it an amino acid???
Sorry for your stress. Body-memory at anniversary time sounds right to me.
hugs, Kath
