I get so bored I go to bed early

Posted by LlurpsieNoodle on August 29, 2007, at 19:42:22

Am out of practice reading novels. Usually only tabloids can keep my attention

And babble-refreshing is not always enough to keep me awake. *yawn*

I think I'm on cavewoman time. Go to bed when dark. wake up when light. (except when I don't sleep the night through)

Somebody somewhere DO something that will keep this noodle awake until 10pm!!!

I used to do this too L, but now I do the opposite.

I don't want to go to bed because I'm afraid of awakening to my boring life.

I've truly got to try, try harder than I can even say, 'to expand my life', and ... I'm afraid ... this means ... I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO WORK AGAIN :( !

Should begin thread on work board to harness this awful fear, or I'll never even get as far as doing a work search!

(My profession has mostly been replaced by putes. Still tho', a few still want real peeps.)

Need another cup.

Maybe you could do a bit of research on nocturnal behavior patterns of the Homo Sapien? Doctors don't seem to believe that some people are naturally nocturnal, but surely it would be an evolutionary advantage to have a few people more alert at night - to act as sentries and guard the cave against wolves and marauding tribes etc? I think I am descended from just such a line of people. Melatonin doesn't work. I managed to sleep the whole night through with a Xanax yesterday, but still stayed in bed until my biological 'morning', 2:00 PM.

Suggestions Prof. Noodle?

Well... you could always become a jazz musician. Come to think about it, nearly all musicians (save the church organist) keep pretty late hours...

Maybe sleep with your curtains open to get plenty of sunshine on your eyelids at 7am?

I need another cup too. had red bull this am instead of coffee. I had a long commute this am. The bummer is that I get up early, then I take my AD, which makes me kinda fuzzy in the head for an hour. Not so good to be on the road during that hour. hmmm...

I just got a new job Ff. I was pretty non-functional only 8 weeks ago, so there's hope. Keep filling out those job apps. Something will come your way soon :)
