For a relatively small investment, a Canadian entrepreneur put his money (~10,000,000) into a people-centred investment. And it looks like it's working.

Lar so are you saying a lot of Katrina evacuees moved to Canada and have started a huge agricultural farm. Or did I read it wrong? Phillipa
