Children are innocent. A teenager is f*cked up in the head. Adults are even more f*cked up and elderlies are like children.
Will there be another race to come along and take over for us? Maybe martians could do better than we've done.

I tried to get my 'inner child' back when I was a teenager. Through uses of THC, LSD, Mushrooms, Alcohol, Ephedra, MDMA and so on. I only found that I became a 'flower child' instead. Now I'm again trying to find my 'inner child'. I agree that becoming an elderly, is like becoming a child once again. Though I have not reached that state, I've only observed that. I like your sense of humor on this subject.

Hey, that's kinda how I feel.
If I had 2 humans as pets (kept in a cage under the house), they'd be called Slim and Vicious.
