To all sleepless in babbleland

Posted by ClearSkies on December 14, 2006, at 15:23:46

I propose a psychobabble virtual sleepover. We can stay awake together and tell ghost stories and do karioke songs all night long.
Potato chips and dip. DVDs to watch. Levitations.

I guess we do the warm water trick on someone IF they fall asleep? :)

I think I'd rather sleep. No news on a new med? Love Phillipa

That's it! Either from sitting in a chair or lying on the ground.
I only ever have done it once.
Oh, and I never ever slept at a sleepover but would reliably become hysterical and incoherent by the next morning.

We were big on placing chokeable food items (popcorn, grapes) into people's mouths as they hung open while they slept. It never seemed as funny afterwards as it did during the planning of the deed.

I luv slumber parties!

SatinDoll and I had one a few weeks ago. :)

It was a good time. We ate cookies and gossiped :)

I'm kinda scared though-- I take a lot of seroquel every night, and cymbalta makes me pass out too (after an hour of heart-revving hysteria).

So, you guys are gonna play tricks on me? I don't care if you make me pee or whatever, but please don't try to choke me :(

And if you're going to write stuff on my forehead, make sure it's really profane or really hilarious. Civility would be offensive

Here's an original one, courtesy of my brothers: Older bro put a bandaid over younger bro's eye (just one). Younger bro is blind as a bat without his glasses. Older bro then woke younger bro up, and said DUDE! there's something wrong with your eye, dragged him to the bathroom, made him look at himself in the mirror. All he saw was this flesh-colored hollow where his eye "used" to be. :)

The removal of the bandaid was kind of dramatic too... Just an idea. Can't use it on me though, I'm too clever to think I've gone eye-less in the middle of the night. Especially with you sillies around! I would immediately suspect foul play :)

love, hugs, hot cocoa and Dirty Dancing (the all-time favorite slumber party movie)

-Ll

p.s. I guess guys can be invited, but we're gonna need a different set of refreshments, and pay-per-view on another acoustically-separated home theater system to ensure their RSVP.

p.p.s. no funny business happyflower!
