I'll take a big bowl of chili, G!! Lots of saltines and a Diet Dr Pepper and I'm set.
It's pretty nippy in Austin today and the wind is howling w/ gusts expected up to 40-50 mph. Brrr...P

Doing pretty well hunni. Wish it would snow a little here this year. It's fun watching drivers slide off into ditches and stuff.

~~~ To date, I have only bumped into a guardrail as a result of winter road conditions - only once - and in my defense, it was that wretched black ice mess which is a whole different split-second equation of momentum and yaw rate and.... stuff. (Smile)
It was 87 degrees or so for the last few days-- broke some old records. A norther blew in and chilled us down. We had wind gusts up to 50 mph today and had a 500 acre grass fire just south of here. Don't know if it's controlled yet. Bad deal.
It was 34 when I got up this morning, it creeped up to the 50's slowly by afternoon. Being half way up the side of a mountain in the shade of it makes it quite cool for us.
We are due for rain the next few days. Golly knows, I have enough chili to last me a few days.... if we can stand ourselves on the steady diet of flatus fare.... okay, that was gross.
