Y'all are great folks.
I have spent the last year gradually getting myself back together. My several years of non-treatment and under-treatment of my mental health problems were a whole body downward trend for me. I didn't care and if I did, I had not the psych or physical energy. One of the ways I knew I was on the right track was when I cared again.
