Wow, thanks for asking!
that's really sweet :)today I was incredibly sleepy and somewhat disoriented. Everytime I moved my head, took my vision too long to catch up. I was disoriented. Slammed my elbow into the door jamb by accident, and stepped in a puddle, splashing my friend all over his shoes.
And I think I said some inappropriate things at a party. I was saying rude things about this guy I think is nasty, and people were like "ll, shhh! there are people listening to you" and I was like, I don't give a sh*t. so. Maybe that's psychopathological. I don't know what it is. anyways. really sleepy. uncoordinated. mood okay, but kind of frustrated and angry, because of a lot of stress @ work

yeah I'm sleepy to....I should be doing something else before bed, but I just can't resist my idle babble time ;-)
tomorrow brings more challenges..is it friday yet?
I think I should really keep a detailed journal of all the strange things I encounter in a day......
complete with little cartoons about it!!

I was fired by my pdoc cause I didn't want to take the med he wanted me to at unsafe doses. Love Phillipa stressful day. Going to old pdoc on Friday five hours drive from here.

Oh but it's a good thing. 80mg of geodon?????? And I'm not psychotic? He the one who is. Love Phillipa glad to be away from him didn't like him the first time I saw him and the first time he went against the manufacutures doses he wanted me to go on cymbablta in four weeks at l20mg. Manufacturer says no more than 60mg.

I was on 60 mg of cymbalta for 4 weeks. recently went up to 90 mg. I think I'm getting better response. but I also feel more disoriented and loopy.
Anyways. I don't know anything about standard doses of antipsychotics. My guess is that your pdoc wanted to get the maximum response in the shortest time. So he was willing to risk having more side effects, in the interests of seeing more real effects. hmm. but why not aim to use the smallest effective dose? I think that's a good approach too. better than frightening the patient away from using the meds at all.
I hope you can find another pdoc (closer to you?)
