Tom Jones in concert?! ; )
I don't know why, but tonight this urge came over me to go see him in concert.......I'm not a "fan" - I just heard him on TV - a commercial or something - I don't know, I wasn't really paying attention.
I think it's his energy....

I developed a *huge* crush on him a couple of years ago..
Luckily it passed fairly quickly before I had to seek medical intervention *giggles*
Oh, and friends have seen him live and apparently he completely rocks on stage!

G**! I"m glad I'm not alone in this! LOL I was thinking last night....what came over me!? My husband said we could go see him in July....he said we'd be the youngest ppl in the audience.....not a problem. ; )

No joke, but my 40-something friend and her husband went to see him perform just a few weeks ago as a whim - not knowing much of his material. Anyway, they LOVED the show, said it was a blast and a ton of fun.
Me, I just saw Faith Hill and Tim McGraw on the Soul to Soul 2 tour --- that was divine!

I don't know what came over me, it was like an instantaneous desire to go.....I've never given him a second thought before, haven't heard him on the tv, radio, or anything in years! But the other night, when I heard him, he had so much energy I thought going to see him might be a lot of fun - esp. if I went to Vegas! ; ) I could use some of that vitality!
Don't know if the insanity will last or not!

At the end of the movie Mars Attacks!, he's singing 'It's Not Unusual'. My 3 year old grand-daughter goes crazy over it. She dances, sings, and cries when it's over... which of course leads to replaying it over and over and over! He's got some kind of power over women all ages! ;~}

It is SO weird you'd bring up that movie. I love Jack Nicholson.....esp. "Anger Management" - he's just SO funny. Anyway, about 2 months ago I had "Mars Attacks!" in my Amazon "shopping cart", and then thought "no, it can wait." When you mentioned it, I went back and added it again. Did you like "Rumor Has It"?
