Limits

Posted by Sobriquet Style on May 8, 2006, at 6:49:24

This should probably be posted on the withdrawal board, or possibly substance use, but i'm in the process of withdrawing from this board. Reading and posting. I read more than I post, and I read alot!

Starting from tomorrow. 20mins a day. Wish me luck!

This probably sounds slightly offensive in some respects, but in no way do I mean it to be. Just need to sort out my addiction to this site. Other sites I have no problems, this one though I just can't get enough of! However, my time needs to be used in other areas of my life. Moving on, so to speak, for now.

Its true. I can't quite pin it down what I find so addictive at this site. I think its muiltiple things. Some are probably quite healthy, eg learning about multiple subjects, medication, psychology etc. Its because i'm going through a transitional phase in life though, that my time on the internet is going to become more limited than i've been used to for quite a while. I guess moderation is the key. I've just never spent so much time in my life reading from one particular website that continues to grow daily! lol
