I've been getting about 4 hours of sleep a night and it's great!
My nights are just as long as they were when I was sleeping in late and I'm waking up much earlier and have much more time during the day.
I'm also not sleepy when I get up! It's a miracle! LOL
I'm not tired at all. I have long days again. I must have started a new routine for myself somehow. Maybe studying wakes my brain up! I hope this lasts!

I forgot to mention, I know it's unhealthy to go for long periods sleeping 4 hours a night, so I'll start going to bed earlier soon.
In the meantime, I don't think it's harmful if I do this for a couple of days.
It's really great to wake up not tired. I think I used to sleep too much and that is what made me so sleepy.

My Mom didn't wake me up today and I slept 'til 2:30 pm!!!

Oh well. I guess I made up for my lack of sleep!
Wasted my day again.
