I do it to myself - lightly touch the skin of the inside of my elbow - and although it doesn't make me coo :-( , it immediately calms me down. I seem to do it without thinking when I am particularly distressed. It's kind of like trying to tickle yourself, and doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
But maybe it's a form of self love? (I do have soft and young skin - somewhere!)

I love that stuff...give me a little baby or a cat or something, or my fiance while he's trying to sleep and I'm all about the light gentle touching
(not something I'd recommend with most people however ;-)

Me too, and I had the same OMG reaction!
I had a boyfriend who used to rub the inside of my wrists and that was lovely.
