and I'm really pretty tired, but it was OK. I only cried a little (sorry, but I'm not perfect ;-)

kind of, but I'm still orienting and all that, meeting lots of people, trying to make a good impression, finding out the lay of the land, lots of stuff to learn, hoping to jibe well with coworkers
I tend to be overconcerned with how people think about me, anything and everything I might do wrong, etc.
I'm trying to move through it and past it, but it is a REAL challenge. I mean I make progress, but it is really, really hard damn it!

Try not to stress it too much. The first few days weeks are always overwhelming. You won't be able to remember everyone or everything cause there's just too much. People will expect you to ask heaps of questions until you find your feet, so give yourself time.
I'm sure if you let them see the you we see, they'll like you just as much as we do :-)
