Thanks for the laughs with this thread.
And you know, grey hair on men is distinguished, right? But glad your humor and fun personality contradicts that. I love goofy. :)

Okay, so a friend and I started paying attention to these backside messages in the summer of '04, I think it was, while shopping one weekend. Here are the words I can still remember seeing (and my editorial comment):
-----------------------------WHATEVER (yeah...exactly)
CUTE (mine was, too, at 16 and 101 lbs.)
KITTEN (uh-huh... Hmmm. Better than other feline related words I could imagine....but girl, really, DOES YOUR DAD KNOW YOU'RE WEARING THOSE??!!)PRINCESS (whatever)
PRICELESS (no kidding. this one surprised us the most...sounds self-respecting, maybe, but somehow combined with the rest of the clothes {don't ask} it didn't. What the _____?! I dunno)
SWEET (don't get me started...)
BABY (???)
SEXY (really, I ask again (seen on 13-year old daughter of an aquaintance, out with her mom) DOES DAD, BROTHER, GRANDPA...REALLY KNOW YOU'RE WEARING THOSE...IN PUBLIC?!! <sigh>)
BAD GIRL (see: SEXY and KITTEN)
(PS - Rain...anyone else who owns these pants...NO offense intended...I really am a tolerant and easy-going person with what *adults* wear, etc. None of my business at all. But I remember my friend and I feeling a bit dismayed seeing *certain* words on young girls. Maybe an overeaction? I put a huge premium on preserving children as children, I guess. Innocence is precious and beautiful.)

Let's talk about the words in sequins on the shirts the girls are wearing -- and coming over to visit my 14 year old, sweet innocent child. (yeah right)
I've seen:
Busty (and she was)
Look but don't touch
Don't look down
They're real and they're spectacular. (On a 13 year old!)
Property of US Army
My favorite: Give "em time...I'm expecting a growth spurt any minute. LOL
Sigh, says the mother of boys.

hmm.
this is reminding me of one of my (slightly dodgey) friends...
he had a t-shirt reading 'masterbation is not a crime'
and he was DETERMINED to wear it to his court hearing for DIC...Needless to say...
He got 12 months.
But...
He wouldn't be told...

Doc Bob...maybe this belongs in Admin...but do you need people to help organize for Toronto? I am one of the ones who lives near-by, and would like to help out. Please feel free to email me, too, if needed.
