And all through the house,
Not a babbler was stirring,
Not even a mouse.Boy it's quiet here. I really hope everyone is having a truly wonderful holiday and feels loved and cared for.

((((Damos)))) My Thanksgiving turned out to be surprisingly OK. I hung out in my aunt and uncle's room for most of the time listening to books on tape and watching TV. I did peep out for dinner and to chat a little with some of the people in my family though. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving too.

Glad your Thanksgiving went okay. Family things REALLY don't bring the best out in me. Know you've been doing it tuff and I'm sorry I haven't been much support. You seem really nice and I hope big doses of peace, love and happiness come your way soon.
Slaving away here at work on a Friday arvo. We don't really do the Thanksgiving thing here in Australia - though like most things American it's becoming more and more common. Aussies don't need much excuse for a feed or a party.
Take good care of you okay, and don't be too hard on yourself.

Ah, that's right, completely slipped my mind that you live in Australia. Or, maybe I just wasn't thinking. *shrugs* I dislike family things too. You are not alone. Luckily, they are not an unbearable bunch. I just wish there was someone there around my age who was a girl, OR just someone I felt a deep connection with there. Tomorrow is Friday for the good old USA and I am working too. FUN TIMES, not. Although, truthfully, it has gotten better for me there. Take Care, and thanks for caring. I like reading your posts. They are very warm and you seem to have a way with your wording that makes me think deeply about friendship and partnership. I'm gonna go cuz I've run out of things to say. But don't worry about not posting to my posts. I find it difficult myself to post to people's woes, and only if I feel a deep connection with them (don't ask me how I can over the INTERNET, I just, er, can..) or what they are saying can I truly reply from my heart.
