This is the best cookbook I've ever had and maybe it's still available. Madhur Jaffrey's "A Taste of India".
It has some hot recipes and you could always add more chiili.

So Jake, you've actually tried this? I'm such a wuss when it comes to chilli, especially the sort of level that firebreather is talking about.

> DeclanDeclan,
When I moved to Texas from the East Coast I got into the habit of spicing up my food. These days I put hot sauce on about everything I eat. I think around here it's been caught on by the Mexican influence. My favorite thing is to buy locally grown organic chilles and mix them in with my dishes. I think you can build up a tolerance (not an addiction as I joked). My relatives back east get fire breath from some chiles I consider mild.Sometimes I get a sweat on my brow from the peppers or hot sauce but I haven't gone beyond that. I guess I'm more moderate than firebreather but who knows, maybe there's potential.
warm regards, Jake
