depressed...

Did you ever notice that when you're bored or depressed you don't want to do the things that will cheer you up? I mean, those things usually are things you wouldn't wanna do like clean the house, write that paper...but they do cheer you up and make you feel elss lonely.

I was wrong. PB helps me a lot. Not all the time, but it feels good to know that there are people out there just like me.

Ang,

I know what that feels like, just laying on the couch depressed and not feeling like doing anyting, maybe asking Psychobabble what wrong, then i have panic attacks after that.

I've smoked when im depressed, and drink coffee. Nicotine somewhat gets you out of the dumps, but overall its not good.

I usally sit outside in the backyard deck with a ciggarrette looking at it and thinking, and a expresso from starbucks.

NOT that im suggesting that at all.

but maybe coffee, since where not on Psychobabble and talk about antidepressants.

Im sorry, i hate bordem. I rather just cruise around in my car.

take care
Matt

Matt now I know why you get the panic attacks it's the Starbuck's coffee. A few years ago i had the first panic attack I'd had in years after drinking it. The caffeine content is higher than any others. On top of that nicotine revels you up. Fondly, Phillipa

I only occasionally drink starbucks coffee, it doesnt set off panic attacks. Usally an abnormal thought or feeling sets it off, i dont do this normally, usally when im really down is when i smoke.

Dont wanted you to get the wrong impression.

Thanks

Matt

Oh yes! I think that is one of the main reasons why depression is so difficult to get out of.

:-) It's good to know PB helps you. It's nice to know there are people here who will listen to you.
