I find that posting is addictive. It often keeps me up past my bedtime.

I know what some of my problem is, I know what a lot of my problem is, but I CAN'T tell my p-doc, well maybe at my next visit, depending on what my doctor finds out at my appt. this friday (GYN).
It's not staying up posting, I take ambien and go to bed, close my eyes, try to sleep, and don't. I guess I'll have to tell him if it keeps up, 4 days with almost no sleep in less than 7 days.

Are you taking a lot of benzos like I am? Ambien acts on the same neural receptors. It used to knock me out like a bloody light. I'd put on my Discman, and not even make it through the second Beck song ("Meditations" -- great sleepy-time disc if you're punk/goth like me and don't mind a little morbidity). Now taking Ambien is like taking sugar pills. I've developed too much of a tolerance. Atticus

i dont take a lot of benzos, but when i take ambien and put on my CDs i can't sleep, i keeps me awake. must be a connection for me.
